Cleansing is so important b/c it helps to remove build up from the hair. I love product so I have to thoroughly cleanse my hair once a month and give it a cleanse every week. I plan to cleanse it through using diluted shampoo, baking soda or apple cider vinegar.

I went to the blog and saw an entry about the diference between going natural by doing a "chop" or a slow trim. I choose the slow trim b/c I want to maintain length as well as promote growth by riding of dead ends.

Hi darling! I subscribed! And apparently so have lots of others! Congrats and happy thanksgiving/survival day! I know you share my love for products so I love the recommendations. These days I really like the old school Creme of NAture shampoo which is hard to find as the old ones are sulfate free but apparently newer ones are not. What are some ther good mild sulfate free shampoos? And I like redken butter creme conditioner or Seda combing creme when I wear it curly- is there any way to make something like this or like curly pudding? do you make anything like this? besos mi amor!

I am soooo anxious to try this product on my daughter's hair! She is 10 years old with so much NATURAL, thick, long, beautiful hair and I have yet to find a shampoo that cleanses her hair through and through. I'm double excited about it being all natural!

LOVE, LOVE the video! You are obviously genuinely excited about this product, which it turn has me on my I-need-one-too vibe! Of course cleansing hair is important as dirty scalp can lead to expensive and hard-to-remedy issues all up and through our beautiful crowns.

I am entering this contest b/c the truth is I've been eyeing up Laquita's shampoo bars for some time but I'm recovering from PJism :-)

It is important to cleanse your scalp. A clean scalp can better absorb the nutrients you feed it at the root from the various products that you apply. If your scalp and hair cleansed, the build up can also become clogged which would prevent your scalp from breathing and could lead to scalp/hair problems.
