Cleansing is so important b/c it helps to remove build up from the hair. I love product so I have to thoroughly cleanse my hair once a month and give it a cleanse every week. I plan to cleanse it through using diluted shampoo, baking soda or apple cider vinegar.

I went to the blog and saw an entry about the diference between going natural by doing a “chop” or a slow trim. I choose the slow trim b/c I want to maintain length as well as promote growth by riding of dead ends.

Hi darling! I subscribed! And apparently so have lots of others! Congrats and happy thanksgiving/survival day! I know you share my love for products so I love the recommendations. These days I really like the old school Creme of NAture shampoo which is hard to find as the old ones are sulfate free but apparently newer ones are not. What are some ther good mild sulfate free shampoos? And I like redken butter creme conditioner or Seda combing creme when I wear it curly- is there any way to make something like this or like curly pudding? do you make anything like this? besos mi amor!
