Today marks one of the most powerful days of the year. The day when dark exceeds light and our greatest energy is internal. Many are gearing up and preparing for the upcoming Holidays and busy with their external thoughts, plans and wants.

I implore you to take time, especially during this intense energetic period to ground yourself to the practices that honor your Truth, Intuition, Spirit, Heart and Kundalini (energy). These practices are less about wanting something like a new car or a million dollars and more about grounding your vision for your desires so that they can Manifest into something far greater than your Holiday List.

As Audre Lorde so eloquently put it in the above statement, I add that your commitment to your vision and your desire will carry you through this darkness and bring forth a light that not only you will recognize, but the WORLD will benefit from and Nourish, Nurture and Grow the very essence that is life.
