OMG! I am so excited to share this new video with you. This is one of my babies and I loooooove international cooking.  Inspired by my travels in 2008, I re-created a popular dish: Moqueca de Peixe (Fish Stew).  I absolutely love cooking and creating deliciousness on camera is heaven for me! I even got a chance to practice Portuguese on set, thanks to my Brasilian friends who insisted on only speaking Portuguese for the two months  that I lived there.
