Today marks the official start of summer and I will be celebrating it atop a beautiful mountain with my sisters and the picnic you’re about to witness.  Not only is this picnic easy to prepare, but energetically the foods are life giving, in season, tasty and deliver an experience that you can take away from.  The summer solstice is all about shining and letting your beams (like the sun) light up the entire world and radiate the awesomeness that you already are.  What better time to celebrate than today.  Enjoy
